Item as advertised, fast shipping, it is refurbished but like new no scratches with accessories. The bass is even better than JBL live 460, and the ear cups are very comfortable. It is metal adjustable sideway so it won't crack like plastic. Nice packaging with menu & carry pouch. Just a tiny draw back, it is not type C charging port. So far this headphones is a best buy and affordable. Highly recommend Soundcore products.

Soundcore Q20 Being my first experience with both wireless headphones and ANC, I can only say they sound and work great for a budget wireless headset with built-in mic option. Outside that however, doing some additional research after the act, and had I spent more on these, I would likely return them due to their autonomous feature of switching to some sort of "voice mode" while using the mic, distorting all other audio.
