We explained to this customer that the sensor he purchased is solely for the DOWNSTREAM position as stated in the vehicle compatibility posted in our listing. The sensor will not work for the UPSTREAM, but he installed it anyway. Very frustrating when customers don't take our advise. This is not our fault.

Contacted seller of situation, they were very fair offering to refund my account if I sent them back. I kept them, just installed the four of them, so far so good, so no refund needed.
