The information included in the pack did not help for it to work. Within 2 days of receiving the product, I sent an email in English to the 3 parties involved in selling the product, including ebay, and only received an email in Italian a few days later advising me to follow the instructions on an A4 sheet of paper in the package, which did not come in the package. I am now in Australia and have no clue how this item can work.
