This was unlike ANY Ebay sale. I received torn merchandise & sent them photos. The 'seller' responded w/interrogation & questioned me 'if the tags were still attached?' as response. It will be upsetting, check Ebay's guarantee and then continue the process of return. It's not worth it to let them pressure you into admitting fault (rude, terrible, presumptuous, etc). Research the seller's feedback spanning far back as possible & look for a pattern of negative reviews (there are, btw).

Bought 2 Natalie fragrances CLEARLY stating New in Box (intended as gifts) and I have the screenshots to prove it. Seller actually CHANGED the listing after I pointed this out and tried to lie about it. All I wanted was reasonable adjustment for unboxed version which I cannot give as gift, and got the most unbelievable lies and argument from Seller insisting all sales are unboxed. Now I see other complaints. Seller is sloppy at best and outright dishonest at worst. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID!!!!!

Our house has myself, my husband, 2 dogs and 3 cats. Yes, I know, that's a lot of animals! I wanted a slipcover to encase the entire sofa and my love seat, and I like that they are machine washable. They are easy to put on and they look nice, giving the sofa a refreshing makeover. But, be prepared to tuck, pull and reshape the slipcover every time someone or something gets up from the sofa. I even purchased the "Lock Grips" for the sofa slipcover, and the cover still pulls out when someone sits down. I've tried many different ways and tricks, but no matter what, the cover always moves. I will say, it keeps my sofa clean from all of my animals and my husband, and it was a great price, not to mention it makes my sofa look nice.
