For the price of the refurbished unit and the quality, I think the is the road to go down. It was ~$60 including shipping to get a nice 50W party speaker with lights. Lights can be turned off on the unit itself and can even charge your phone if needed. The second sound and package size are also greart! Definitely enjoy my purchase!
