We have been using another brand for the past 4 years. We bought another one that was refurbished and it didn’t work. I bought the Eufy brand because of the reviews and the price. It cleans as well or better than the deebot we had. It has to have the app to set multiple cleaning times and days when the other brand could use the app or the remote for multiple cleaning times. The one extra vacuum setting are great. 3 power settings that makes cleaning rugs are a bonus. Much more power than are other brand. It does cut down on the cleaning time but a great option. It keeps our hardwood floors clean. It’s amazing how much dirt and pet hair the vacuum finds after cleaning the floors. We wouldn’t be without a robot vacuum now. My wife and I both have bad backs. We have one pet that sheds and we keep him trimmed and brushed so we get most of the pet hair off him. We did have 3 small dogs and that’s why we bought a robot vacuum years ago. We wouldn’t be without one. Also parts are easy to find. I have already fixed are broken robot vacuum and saving it for a backup.

Works great until it doesn't work at all. 3 months of infrequent use and it's completely broken.
Vacuum worked as intended for about 3 months before becoming completely unusable. The battery has stopped charging and the unit will not power on at all when not on the charger. I wouldn't waste your money unless a longer warranty period is offered.

Excellent vaccum machine. lots of suction and power.
We run this around the walls of our entire house every day. Never realized how much dirt and animal hair was accumulating until we started using this amazing machine. We have two friends planning to buy one after watching ours.

Great vacuum! Huge time saver
Ive been using this for about a year now and I really love it! It cleans my apartment very well and has been extremely reliable. Its not too loud either which is nice. What I do is - I turn the vacuum on w/ the remote control when I take my dig out for a walk. An hour later my apartments 90-95% dirt free. Massive time saver!! My only criticism is the bin could be a little bigger, but it still runs for approximately 1.5 hours on average before the bin gets full. It runs about 30 minutes on high power setting, although I don’t think that mode is necessary unless you have some really thick carpets. All in all, I would highly recommend. This little machine only cost me $99, and the amount of time its saved me over the past year is simply priceless :)
