After reviewing the photos in the listing, I did see that the damage was documented, so it was my fault for not reviewing the listing closely. The part operated as designed and the damage was mostly cosmetic. With this part being on back-order, we were able to get the vehicle fixed in a timely manner and at only slightly increased cost.
