    Promptly received and in fair to good condition with the floor attachments looking like new. I like the fact that the HEPA filter and vacuum bags are new! Otherwise, the suction power of this vacuum is exceptional! It feels as though it is as strong as my 6.5 HP shop vac and much quieter than my tiny hand-held Hoover vacuum cleaner. Wish list: 1. Better multi-surface floor tool with front and rear brushes on the bottom. 2. Hooks on side of canister to keep the power cord tidy.

    Exceptional suction power!

    Exceptional suction! However, the multi-surface floor tool doesn’t work well on tile and hardwood floors. The bottom of the tool is too hard and feels really harsh on the surface of the floor when vacuuming in the back and forth motion (in most angles). The tool should have front and rear brushes to truly work well on both tile and hardwood floors. In addition, there should be hooks on the side of the canister to keep the electrical cord tidy. Other than that, the suction of this vacuum is exceptional and surprisingly much quieter than my old, tiny, hand-held Hoover vacuum.
