Spoke with DHL's head office who assured me that their 'NYN service' ensures a signature/hand-over to a person must be given. In this instance 'I' got lucky* effectively £180+ of my money in a box left prominently unattended. *DHL's online & tel.touch-points have by design omitted a route to report this of a delivery, in fact anything relevant as it's 'Delivered'! BS
