    This is the second unit I've purchased from this seller. Excellent customer service and communication, and they stand behind their quality products. Great value! These refurbished units are nearly like-new condition in appearance. They look great. This saddle style solved my problem of having only a side-sliding window in which to install an AC unit; just added a Soleus window kit. My daughter and I now both have very efficient air conditioning for our respective apartments and are very pleased!

    Works great! Considering my room was in the upper 80s before I got it, this AC was a godsend. Fits the window well too! Surprised more people don’t go with this design tbh. If you do get one you may want to put some extra weight on the inside part of the AC for balancing, otherwise it’s not gonna drain or sit right. I found a basic Menards brick to do the trick. I figure it may be due to my siding being quite slippery.
