About this product

Product Information

Klaus-Dieter and Martina John had a vision; to build a top quality health facility for the Indians of the Peruvian Andes. Neglected and marginalised, these people suffer appallingly from the diseases of poverty. Klaus and Martina were highly qualified in surgery and paediatrics, but they had never taken on such a project. Now they set about raising the millions of dollars needed. They watched in astonishment as God opened hearts and pricked consciences to create not just a health centre, but a fully-equipped hospital. If faith can move mountains, it can also shake wallets and transform hearts. This faith has overcome the mire of bureaucracy, deep rooted scepticism, and even blunt rejection. It has cleared blocked roads, blown away arguments, and united Catholics and Protestants in one love for God and their fellow people. Reviews
As a scientist I am deeply interested in the evidences that study of the cosmos provides for the existence of God. However, I am not simply a theist but a Christian and one of the central Christian claims is that it is possible to have a living relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Hence part of the evidence for the truth of Christianity will be found in the testing of that claim in everyday life. The story of Diospi Suyana hospital is a remarkable example of what happens when people take God seriously and I heartily recommend this account as compelling evidence that there is a God who cares.

Seller is great and responsive. USPS is awful. They gave my package to the wrong address, it was opened and another expected packaged Blu Ray was opened, lost it original mail packaging, and inserted into this order's package, then put infrpn of my door later that day. Thankfully nothing was damaged. Overall great nostalgic X-men comic, and great repsonsive seller. USPS is the only problem here.

I ordered this book May 14th and didn't receive it until May 28th. I waited 5 days to contact the seller after purchase because they hadn't shipped yet. They thanked me for reaching out but still they exceeded the delivery date. I have never had to wait this long for a delivery. Very poor customer service. Booked arrived in good condition despite inadequate packaging. I will not purchase from this seller again.

Fast shipping, and packaged nicely. Item in good condition, not “brand new” as listed. Still enjoy my purchase.
