    Easy to swallow capsules.

    Solaray is probably the best OTC in the Vitamin world. Mineral supplement recommended after heart surgery and have not stopped taking it. Sleep better. No more nighttime leg cramps. Speeds healing. More stable energy throughout the day. Highly recommend.
