the expected time to ship was 5-10 days within purchase but it took a bit longer than 10 days. Once it was shipped, it did arrive pretty fast and safe via Fedex Economy to my address in Canada. The packaging was very thorough and clean. However one of the turntables pilot light did not work and there was no signal on the left channel of the audio output. I'm sure it will be a simple repair but it's still very annoying. The other turntable was in good working condition with no problems.

Very disappointed, I ordered 2 technics, 1 was ok but 1 was defective and with notable imperfections which were not mentioned, in spite of having notified the salesman it does not answer any more since more than 1 month, it had me that it was going to send me a new piece to replace but since, no more news! Unprofessional.
In hindsight, I should have bought in France : no customs fees, better communication, delivery date, no need for a volt transformer.. I won't repeat the experience.

The item I received did not match the photos in the listing (by serial number) and was damaged. Also the packaging was not adequate. Sending a camera lens in a padded envelope is not the best. However, the seller was very helpful and concerned to make good. I was given a substantial partial refund so rated as positive.
