    Norton Internet Security 360 pluses and minuses.

    I have been using Norton security products since 1989 and they never disappoint. Installation is easy, updates are readily available. My only reservation is that yearly renewals are expensive compared to the initial cost on sites like eBay and Amazon. What I do is buy the latest copy on eBay when my subscription is about to expire. That way I always get the latest release and save $150 on renew2al fees. Although I have to re-subscribe to BackUp I bought a competing product that behaves just as well and is once again.....cheaper.

    good but also bad

    Okay this product is misleading. In order for you to use it you have to give a credit card number etc and sign up for auto renewal. As I age I realize more and more the companies that say they want to protect you really don't care about you, unless it is how they can use you.

    Excellent security software

    I have been using Norton Security for a very long time and it is impressive on how easy it is to use and how you can work on other things while the software does it’s work. It also includes backup storage so important files can be backed up elsewhere. I have checked out other software and this is the most complete and easy-to-use software I have come across.

    Reliable and Easy to Install but Beware Automatic Renewal

    Norton internet security/antivirus has always been reliable, and it remains so. However, beware of the automatic renewal that is the default setting when you install it. The renewal price is way higher compared to other retailers. You can easily opt out of this "feature" by signing in to your Norton account. Also, it is continuously displaying popups reminding the user to link it to your web browsers. This is extremely annoying.
