I installed this extended slide release on my G22 Gen 4 about 1yr ago, and had ZERO issues from it. It has helped me cut down time to reload, do immediate action, and the amount of firearm manipulation. Thus, I bought a 2nd one for my G19 Gen 4. The slide release’s installation is extremely simple (YouTube), it has NEVER failed to lock to the rear, and has never unintentionally sent the slide forward. Ordered 9/25 @6:32am. Arrived 9/28 @10:07am.
