    This is a great meat grinder for the price. Came in brand new and it looks like a pro. Comes with a few plates to grind meat to a few sizes and also for sausages. I bought it to grind meat for my dogs and I put chicken legs with the thighs and bones and grinds them no problem. The only down side is have to cut the meat on the chicken thighs and legs a little to fit through the inlet, but other than that it's a beast.

    Tested this and LOVE IT! I make raw cat food using chicken bones, and broke a Tasin 1200w by stupidly trying to grind turkey bones (I didn’t know that it would break the machine). Those are no longer sold in this country. This grinder is more powerful and will supposedly grow quieter the more I use it. So I’m very glad I got it. Works great! And only chicken bones from now on! Reasonably priced.

    Great machine do far

    Only used it twice so far, once for 3lbs of chicken and once for 5 lbs of pork, but it work as the reviews said it would both times. I don't have another grinder to compare performance but I suspect it would rate very high. Customer service is as good as everyone says. I somehow lost my operators manual and guarantee form and called to let them know. Replacements were on the way the same day and arrived the next day. Only complaints I have are both minor. Owners manual is not at all detailed. For example, it does not explain the use of the sausage tubes or how to hook them up to the machine. I figured out a way to make it work but I suspect it's not the correct way. The other is that the T shaped grinding tube that connects to the plastic fastener on the front of the machine ...

    great little machine

    I only use it with chicken and hearts n gizzards so cant comment on red meat operations but it works great. It does better if the meat is just above freezing our the fat and tendons bogg the blades. My only complaint is the gray gunk that accumulates after a while and I have to stop n clean it out..

    I put my dog on a raw meat diet

    I have friends who hunt so I get elk and deer for my dog who is allergic to chicken and chicken is in most dog foods even if it says beef stew on the front the first ingredient is chicken. The Magnum 1800W meat grinder is wonderful so easy to put together and clean. I don't even have to push the meat down it is grabbed and ground up quickly. I researched a lot before buying it plus all the videos on making raw meat for your pet use the 1800.
