Shipping was timely and the shelves work great. They are thinner than I expected, so I'll put something on them to distribute weight - and they should be anchored to the wall because of the height - hardware is included to do that but I'm going to get something more 'industrial.' I'm going to order two more after the holidays and split the shelves on one of them between the other two - and then do something with the four poles, I don't know what. I fully recommend the shelves and the seller.

The price was great, and the tires were exactly as they were described. I ordered a front and back set from the same company, but they had to be delivered by different carriers because of the weight and size of the boxes. The item title/description was wrong. Although it was new, we Received a twin over twin not a twin over full with trundle. There was no way to tell that it was the wrong item until completely unpacked and started putting it together. Packaging was flimsy and unable to be repacked and returned. Seller was only willing to compensate $15 for their error because I was unable to mail it back. I would not recommend this seller due to their false description/shipping errors.
