M fleece-lined windbreaker's fitting and features were good and affordable. I'm 37" chest, 31" arm, 16" neck for dress shirts. Chest with t-shirt was a little baggy but not extreme. Sleeves were long enough to fully raise my arms. Collar was wide enough to fit my chin and cover my neck. Removable hood, and drawstrings on hood and waist added adjustment options. Only concern was hood was a little small, wish it extended 1"-2" more.
