Might And Magic IX: Writ Of Fate / ABSOLUTE PERFECTION
If you love RPG games with a STORYLINE, Might and Magic 9 is for you. The graphics are not the best, but with a MASSIVE world with a linear storyline and TONS of side quests to fulfill at your choice, this game is mind blowing. This is the LAST Might and Magic game to be released and was one of my favorites. Might And Magic IX: Writ Of Fate will keep you playing till the end. DO NOT pass this game up! Reason this series did so well is because of the low end requirements for use of play from OLDER systems and the game series was awesome. Truth be told, Might and Magic 9 will take you at least 6 months to a year to finish because of the size of the game and the massive amounts of character stats. You will be amazed at how this must be done, but I will not give away this info unless you are royally stuck. Think carefully about this situation - if your army was wiped out, what do you think you should do to your party? ;) Also, it is not as easy to do this as it sounds. Think HIGH and jump for a quick solution! PS: There are also THREE patches for the game; one by New World and two by computer players. The two patches are called TELP and you'll ned them both along with installation of the original patch. Install them in order for the game to run properly. Hope this helps someone out there enjoying this amazing game!

I purchased this game because I had it once and never was able to finish it. It is one of the nine basic M&M games (does not include Heroes). It is fairly old compared to the games that are current. It can be played with many different quest options depending on what occupations you work for. The world is big and very playable. This is the last of the classic M&M games. Mighty and Magical FUN !
I've been dithering about chasing these sundry dragons and monsters for many years, and still find them vastly entertaining ... so after my old discs were damaged, it will be a blast to dash around this world of simple, non-stressful sword-and-spear, bow-shooting medievalism AGAIN !

This is a classic throw back to old school rpg with a more modern look. I grew up on the might and magic series and look forward to more future releases...

Good Game!
I bought this game a few weeks ago as a present to my mother. It's a great game for people who like role playing. I always try them and get stuck at some point. There are great graphics on this game! Nice bbuy for my Mother!
