Clear Plastic CD DVD Sleeve with Flap is made of extremely thin vinyl or "thick saran wrap". I mistakenly thought it was going to be HARD plastic. That was my bad because it does say 60 microns (I didn't know how THIN 60 microns actually is!). HOWEVER, the CD sleeves work well to keep my CD's scratch free, so I am fully satisfied. Great price for what it is.
