    Perfect Fox/coyote/cat trap.

    I use the Duke #2 four coil O/S foothold traps for winter fox trapping. They are plenty big enough and strong enough for coyotes and cats and are well made with crush proof swivels on the base plate and chain tag end. They are powerful enough to break through a little frozen crust and snow and hold well. Because of the amount of snow/rain/freeze/ etc. in my area, I put the entire trap in a thin plastic produce bag and bed as usual. The traps function flawlessly despite our conditions. I’m pretty sure this trap would hold most otters and even a front foot caught beaver too.
