When I returned the item as it was the wrong size (listing said small but was sent a medium) I simply shipped the box as it was received. I never opened the box as they assert and was not fully refunded what I paid. They held some funds back because it was "opened." which was not true. Bad seller who mislables their listings and does not stand by their actions. NEVER again.
