    Added distilled water and ran the machine. It steamed and cleaned the wood floor. Only problem is, you need to vacuum the floor fires. The machine won't pick up debris or hair. It will slosh them around. It does clean up spots and residue stains. Best used on small areas, not large ones else you'll be doing it a long time.

    Love this certified refurbished mop. Only used it once so far but the steam is hot and and heats quickly. While we have a robot steam vac, all three floors are all wood so it's great to use in the stairs or for a quick job upstairs or down. may be a little heavy for some folks with a full tank of water, and the scrubbing heads require some strength to hold the mop still, but that just speaks to its effectiveness. Haven't used in combination with a floor cleaner or polisher yet.
