      As the listing described, only the original disc is provided. However, it was securely protected with a blank disc case and plenty of bubble wrap. Initial shipping may have taken a few days, but, with a fair price, I feel satisfied with the purchase. The disc itself works as intended, although there seems to be some small sticky residue on top, but it is shown in the photo on the listing.
