    First item came in damaged contacted seller. Seller tried to make me keep it and just give me half of the money back. After I said no they sent out another one and it came in the same way. Tried to contact the seller and no response, not until I had eBay start a claim. The packaging on the item was trash

    The product does not have any quality issues. Damage to the packaging during transportation is a normal occurrence, but the buyer refuses to accept it. I provided the return label through eBay and asked him to return the item. He was not made to bear the shipping costs. I don't understand why this buyer left a negative review for me. The damaged packaging was not caused by me.
