      The positive: The price point, my items were packaged securely, packaging was new and not refurbished, and shipping was fast. The unfortunate negative: the pieces are great, but they were extremely tarnished, which was not mentioned in the listing. I was able to polish to some degree, but I can't get in the grooves of the pendant to clean the lettering. I will have to spend more to have it professionally cleaned. My experience was by no means terrible, I just would have liked more transparency.
