    Swanson apple polyphenols

    Equal an apple a day , many have more in them but more is not needed , one should only take equal to one apple snd no more, more is not better and can be to much. My asthma is better and i feel better, after eating apples everyday i didn't get sick anymore, def worth it and third party tested, thx for a good product
