    Plant Spikes are more effective than liquid fertilizers

    After trying many houseplant products, I've had more success with Miracle Gro Plant Spikes. For example, last November I ran out because a local store stopped selling this -- and my Christmas cactus did not flower. If you follow the instructions, you will watch your plants flourish. I always want this item on hand for my indoor gardening.

    Reinvigorated my aged croton!

    I purchased these plant spikes to perk up my ailing spiral leaf croton, whose leaves were turning brown and withering away. Although the plant doesn't look as bright and perky as in its younger days (it's 6 years old) I didn't want it to go to the plant ICU. These spikes were a small risk. They really helped! I put four in the 9" pot and now there is new growth and the wilting is gone. If you purchase them, be sure and put enough spikes in for the pot size or they won't be effective. Recommended.
