I don't think anything could've been done by the seller once the package had left her hands. The seller communicated with me well when I did message her about the tardy delivery. But, this vest fits very.well. And, it's good, quality material, much better than I'd expected. Overall, I'm happy with this transaction.

So it arrived squashed, with a broken cover ?
