Set to english and as described with very, very minor scratches. The seller was helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. The Kyocera itself will require some tech know-how to go beyond basic functionality; and please research beforehand to be sure it is compatible with your service provider/location. If so, great value and would recommend this seller!

I would buy here again, I recomend those Japanese guys everywhen I am asked. You must not expect any answer to requests, but this might be because the Japanese way to comunicate is a different one. But still everything is all right in the end.

I will admit I was a little skeptical at first but as my package was being shipped the seller kept me well updated and answered all of my questions, and when I received my package, it was very well kept with bubble wrap and newspaper to keep it safe, not to mention it was shipped very quickly! and the flip phone was also in great condition I would definitely recommend this!
