I've used Continental Gatorskins for years because they are reliable flat protection and have long wearing, fast rolling tread. Most flat resistant tire I've ever used
Great tires. Virtually eliminate flats and here in the New Orleans area that can be a big problem. If they continue to be flat free (one flat in three sets of tires) I won't ever purchase anything else. Solid puncture resistant tires
Have ridden Gator Hardshells for years with no issues. Nothing lasts forever and miles do wear on them like any other bike tire, so eventually you'll need new ones. What glass?
So far so good! I purposely started riding on a debris filled bike lane and rolled over some glass and other junk and the tires have held up fine. Great Tires for resisting flats
I have been experiencing frequent flat tires (especially after the tires have 2k to 3k miles on them) and decided to try these tires based on what I had read. I find little if any loss in handling or comfort and In my case they certainly lived up to being flat resistant. I just replaced my first set at about 3700 miles and w/o experiencing a single flat and here in New Orleans that is amazing.
