    Owned it for over 25 Years and it is the BEST you can get. Life Time Warranty too!

    I own this brand name cookware and have had it for over 25 years. It is the best I have ever used or seen. There are a few simple rules to follow to make it work like it is designed to. First preheat for meat. (Medium). Start cold for vegies. If your pan has a golden color to it, it is too hot and will need to cool down for some time before you can cook in it or your food WILL BURN. The cookware is designed to distribute the heat evenly and it does that very well by having 5 layers of metal. Once it gets hot it stays hot so don't expect it to react right away if you turn the burner off. It will keep on cooking for some time. Knowing that, I can cook very well in it by just turning off the burner when my food is about half way done. The retained heat in the pan will finish cooking ...
