    With the seller we communicated but they sent pictures of a different phone with more scuff marks but received a better condition phone instead. Now about the software, the phone came with LineageOS Android 15 and the title of the listing says Android 10 which was confusing at first but i managed to roll it back to official OxygenOS 10 but it took me a few hours. All in all there are a few flaws from the seller's point yet the value for money is great.

    I ordered refebrshed (Used) Asus phone late at night he sent me a photos of the item on the next day with more details, when I noticed it, it did not suite me so asked for refund and he was quick with the process no time wated..
