    Awesome seller with excellent customer service skills! The item arrived very quickly and it was packaged with care. At no fault of the seller's, the vcr was unfortunately damaged by the shipping carrier knocking parts loose on the inside (they are not gentle with packages whatsoever and no amount of padding could've prevented it). The seller was quick to respond and provided excellent customer service when I contacted them about it. They gave me a full refund for the vcr.
