    My alternator was pavkaged very thoroughly as to not damage during transport. I haven't put my alternator on yet, but the delivery was very prompt and their customer service is ridiculous. They really are there to answer anything regarding your order, whenever you ask questions. I will definitely use them again, price wasn't bad either, lower then most everyone.
