    My experience with this seller”lovelmask” was totally positive. When I purchased this bread machine I got a “Buy it Now” discount on top of the already good price that it was listed at. The shipping was very quick with the item being packed very securely. the convection oven feature didn’t function and I requested to return. instead of making me re-pack and re-ship this heavy item , the seller offered me a partial refund and was very generous by refunding to cover recycle fees as well.
