Active ingredient is either absent or not in sufficient amount because this was not effective at all. After 3 days of these pills I had rebound reflux so bad I had to rush to the store to get another brand. I’ve taken omeprazole in some generic form everyday for twelve years. By far the best and most economical are the capsules from India. Just as effective as the name brand. I stock up every year, but unfortunately with the pandemic India is on lockdown and items won’t ship. I was running low and decided to try these because they were cheap. Don’t bother.
