Great Camera
The cameras arrived in original product boxes and if I didn't know I bought renewed, I could have sworn they were new. The cameras are very clear, and work well on all of my ONVIF devices. Surprised by the Watermark
I have purchased several Amcrest cameras in the past. The quality of the picture is good and normally I would not hesitate to recommend their cameras to anyone seeking good images from their full time security system. My problem is that Amcrest now loads their watermarks on the cameras. When one views that footage it's unmistakable who manufactured the camera. I don't particularly care to have a corporate entity advertise their products on my dime. I paid for the camera, the NVR the installation the shipping and taxes while Amcrest gets a free ride to advertise on my dime. Arrogant Company terrible product refuse to make things right!
Technical support language barriers. Remote sensor conflicts with adjacent TV remote volume. Can set parameter for single view cycle but does not work and Amcrest denies this and refuses to do anything about it. Playback views are not user friendly. There are much better products that are less expensive. I would not re recommend evet purchasing Amcrest products. They could have done the right moral ethical thing but refuse to do this.
