    My 5 star rating is for the seller shipping my item quickly and then refunding the purchase in a timely fashion. The item was sent to an old address upon placing the order despite having set my current location as the primary address multiple times. I contacted the shipping company when I realized what had happened and they rerouted it back to the seller but then it was lost in transit. I was still refunded even though the issue occured during the ordering process.

    Good value

    We purchased it to replace an AT&T similar set up which after 7 weeks we found to be unacceptable. The AT&T was too light, the base was too light and we found the AT&T difficult to negotiate between the features Also we had a lot of static which, while AT&T attributed it to the wiring/interference, there have been no changes and the Pan asonic has not had the static or interference. The Panasonic is much like the Panasonic we had but we went AT&T because we did not know that Panasonic had a 2 line phone. In the few weeks that we have had it we are most satisfied.

    Just a bit shy

    Great phone system with plenty of features and stylish. Has lots of noise at times and requires hang up and recall but mostly doesn't clear up. Maybe it's where I have placedar the base and it's catching noise from my monitor or WiFi router. Not sure but wish I could solve it because I like this system.

    Good phone

    This is easy to set up. Just follow the instructions. I synced my Android to the system and that worked very well. You can even upload all of your contacts. There is an issue with uploading you contacts though, it also uploads your call history. So if you made or received a bunch of calls to numbers you will never call again hose will be uploaded as well, you need to go into the phone and individually delete those items. There is an issue of noise if I get too close to my WiFi router, I need to be at least 8 - 10' away for the noise to disappear. I don't use the built in answering machine, I use my VOIP answering system. I paid around $110 for these and feel that anything over that is just too much for a landline.

    SCREENS ON HANDHELD AND BASE PHONE ARE LARGER-ADDRESS BOOK IS EASIER TO ACCESS AND THE KEYPAD BUTTONS ON THE BASE PHONE ARE BIGGER .ANOTHER UPGRADE FROM THE PREVIOUS MODEL IS HE PROP STAND FOR THE BASE PHONE SO U CAN SEE THE SCREEN AND THE SCREEN TILTS TOO. CON-I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A PRO BUT IT HAS MUSIC ON HOLD-UNFORTUNATLY ITS A REALLY ANNOYING CREEPY 1980'S ELECTRONIC SONG THAT IS NOT CHANGEABLE .PEOPLE USUALLY COMMENT ON HOW HORRIBLE IT IS.
