It seems to help in reducing the inward angle of the toe by elevating the arch and is more comfortable to wear than a toe separator. I would recommend it to those who cannot afford a bunion operation as a temporary solution to prevent any worsening of the toe angle. Note that ignoring a bunion can lead to stress issues in the ankle and knee tendons if not attended to. Thanks so much!
