    Hi I have purchased two of these heaters , I works great at first after initial turn on to full operating temperature, heard a small cracking noise, laterm notice the glass tube house the heating element has small cracking , but it still works not sure if it will break, still working.

    Item was dead on arrival

    The item appears to be extremely fragile it's not very heavy duty one mine arrived it was already broken but there was no visible damage so this is an item I would recommend that you purchase in the store take it home carefully and then install it doesn't seem to be designed to be shipped to the mail over distance

    It stopped working

    Worked great first year but now I can't get it to turn on. It smells like it has a short. Strong odor of electrical burn. The pull string Doesn't engage the heat elements.
