    So, I ordered a Trangia frying pan in new/unused condition. I received my frying pan very quickly. It arrived in Amazon packaging. I opened the package and discovered that the pan had been scratched, dented , was dirty, appeared to have been used and not washed. I sent seller a message including pictures describing it's condition. Seller was very apologetic, and fully refunded my purchase, with no request to ship the damaged pan back.
