    I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.

    Love it

    This is a no-longer-in-production hand held, battery powered, lights up at night electronic game, circa 2005-06. Exactly what I wanted. NIB and the mfr’s batteries even yet had power, although after 2 days I replaced them. It’s great to play when I wake up in the middle of the night and need to distract my mind from all that I need to do in the coming day. Promptly shipped and well packed. And oh yeah, after 13 years my old one finally started having input problems. 😊

    Not what I expected but my bad

    A previous model that I have had for 8 yrs. eventually started malfunctioning so, in my hast to find an exact replacement, I didn't realize, until I received it, that this model does not back light like my original one. It also uses button batteries instead of AAA like my original. It operates a bit differently in that an individual number at the bottom doesn't always go out after the last of that number is entered in a correct square. Haven't figured out whether that is supposed to happen or not. Otherwise, I guess it is working fine. I received the item in great condition and when promised.

    Fun, but fragile.

    I have bought several of these over the years. I think they're fun, but they don't last very well. Because I like the way they work, and I'm used to them, I keep buying the when they tear up. I use it every day.

    Great value

    I had my first one of these exact games for 12 years before it finally tweaked and stopped working. Pretty awesome considering it was originally only $15 bucks new back then AND I play it every night before going to sleep (relaxes me and clears my mind).

    Disappointed, Not what I expected or wanted

    I could just copy "Not what I expected but my bad". I also had one I had for at least 8 years like that review that had a "night light" button so I could play at night. I too also prefer a AAA battery. Some of the number spaces do not show the complete number, so it doesn't work properly. It is also slow turning on and since it is not back lit like my previous one I can't see it well enough even to play it during the day. As far as the shipping- it was prompt and also well packed. I have not had great experiences with EBAY and prefer to not shop there anymore but thought I would try it one more time.
