    I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.

    Good basic lighting timer

    Good quality, name brand lighting timer. 90 degree plug and down facing dual outlets make for good water resistance when plugged into an exterior GFI outlet. Good basic timer for the money. Everything you need if you can live with 2 hour timing increments. No fancy lcd screens or electronics to go bad.

    Philips Dusk to Dawn Timer

    I actually bought this Timer as a gift, but the recipient told me it didn't work the way he thought it should. I think it was more "user error then the product", since he didn't have the patience to read the directions on how to program the unit. I have this product and it works fine for me.

    easy to use

    Very easy to use, just spin the dial to the number of hours you want it to stay on after dusk and plug it in. Seems to be waterproof, it has been outside powering the xmas lights for the last few weeks and has handled a few rainstorms ok.

    Best brand for outdoor timer.

    This outdoor photocell timer works well. No blinking off and on like I dealt with other brands. It will be used with my string lights daily all year so hopefully it will be good in the future.
