      FALSE ADVERTISING as "upgraded" 220lb capacity - all the documentation in the box references the standard 165lbs. I reached out to the seller and they stated the "upgraded" cross bars can handle 220lbs while the vehicle is not moving...cross bars for a vehicle that you travel with...why would anyone need a static load rating for a moving vehicle accessory. Anyways, they offered to refund if I return them, but I'm not going to bother. Shady seller, wouldn't trust the details in other listings.

      He is the worst seller ever. He has no moral values and don't stand by his own policies. I ordered a pair of Roof Rails for my 2019 Honda Pilot. The item was not fitting and I chose to return it. When I purchased this item, the return policy said the seller pays for return shipping but when I asked for a return, the seller is asking me to ship it back at my own expense or $10 for compensation. Don't buy from this seller. He sell wrong products and then don't provide the due customer service.
