When using this holster YOU SHOULD WATCH VIDEOS ON THE USE OF IT! When drawing the gun out of it. Propper figure position is very important. A later Blackhawk version is safer for those not used to using such a holster. However, this holster locks the gun in safely and the gun slides nicely.

    Blackhawk CQC holsters

    CQC holster offers the additional Level 2 security with the manual finger release button. Easily converts from either OWB Belt loop attachment to OWB Paddle carry with two included screws and the Cant angle is also adjustable in either configuration. If you’re limited to OWB conceal carry, then the CQC is an excellent choice over Level 1 which is only a friction retention.

    paddle is much larger than one I had previously--NightHawk is constantly on the move, improving their products, but the big paddle on a little holster is out of proportion. The retention system is great--I've used same holster for larger weapon and like it immensely
