Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

    Extremely Easy Install and Set-up

    I love the set-up instructions. Could not have been easier. I use to struggle with getting the wires connected to the proper terminal (just your average homeowner). I wished that the thermostat reported the outside temperature on its face, but you can't have everything at this price. Finally, the reason I bought this thermostat was that is has infinite (probably not, but a lot) of scheduling "events." Meaning, you can set it to change the temperature every 30 minutes, if you like. My electric service provider just went to a new billing system where they now bill peak hour Kw at a much higher rate. My old "smart" thermostat was limited to three or four "events" per day. I needed more.
