Lightweight, does the job, easy to use.
I wanted a lightweight, easy to move around cleaner to use from my wheelchair. This does it. The battery lasts long enough for my purposes. I use the power suction more than I want, I feel like it could be stronger on the normal setting. Nice Vacuum but...
I love that this vacuum is battery powered and cordless. I just wish Shark invested engineering more into the battery / charge system. It should be more rugged, able to charge BOTH batteries at the same time (fully charged and ready for service). The charger stand is flimsy and the charge time seems long considering the latest battery/charge technologies. The canister seems small... Lastly, it would be nice if the vacuum had was an inch wider. Almost seems like a toy. Otherwise, it works well. So Far an Excellent Vacuum
I haven't had the vacuum very long so I can't speak to reliability. Is it getting me to vacuum more often? Maybe. ;-) My plan is to use it between regular vacuuming with the big, heavy Kirby. This vacuum has a number of very clever features. My husband has already used the head to vacuum the car. It has a number of attachments. It is quiet. (I have to wear noise cancelling ear muffs when I use the Kirby with the hose.) I like the fact that it folds so it is less likely to fall over, a concern with an infant grandchild.
