Worked great for about a dozen uses, then quit working (non electrical issue)
I bought this product in March 2018. Loved the ease of use, loved it's small size and loved the frothy products it made. And then....it stopped. It doesn't warm up, it doesn't wisk. The lights still go on, so I know it's not an electrical problem. I've cleaned it twice with the recommended cleaner (I even bought several more thinking that could be the problem althought I've cleaned it througly and as outlined in the instructions after every use). I'm not an every day user. In fact, maybe I used it a dozen times before it quit working. I'm sad. My next step is to contact the manufacturer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fast, Clean, and Works
Works well. Arrived quickly and was very clean. I actually make hot chocolate with the machine, not coffee, but it does a great job of melting down the chocolate shavings.
