    It's a cake eyeliner and hard to find in the stores. They are pushing the liquid eyeliner now. I think the liquid eyeliner is hard looking on most women and particularly women over 50. The cake eyeliner is much softer looking.

    Had hopes

    I have been looking for a nice powder eyeliner. I thought this one would be great because it is a well-known brand. However I try to dry, I also wet my brush, I put an eyeshadow base on my eyelid and all three ways were ineffective and getting a nice solid line. It did not put enough pigment on my lid.
